Lochranza Centre CIC
The Lochranza Centre CIC is an Outdoor Education & Activities venue which provides something for everyone. We cater for school groups, uniform organisations, youth groups, community clubs, coach parties, families & individual members of the public. The Centre can accommodate up to 75 people & has a mix of twin bed en suite rooms & bunk bed dorms. We have 4 meeting rooms, 2 lounges, games room & drying room on site. The dining room provides excellent home cooked meals - breakfast, luch & dinner.
Surrounded by a fantastic landscape we can take you canoeing on the sheltered sea loch, gorge walking through pools & down waterfalls on the North Sannox River or try some abseiling at the 'Blue Rocks'. The Centre is also the home of the Arran Geopark Visitors Centre where you get learn more about what formed Arran's amazing landscape.
For schools we provide a range of courses for Primary, Secondary, College & Universities. Lochranza is a fantastic location for Field Work in Geography, Biology (Ecology), Environmental Science & Geology.
During Easter Holidays, Summer (June/July/Aug) & October Break we provide All Inclusive Activity Holidays from Mon-Fri for Families. You can also join our pre-arranged sessions covering some of our most ppopular activities.
If you are passing through Lochranza - cycling, walking the Coastal Way or perhaps visiting the Distillery we can provide affordable B & B accommodation for individuals, families or groups. Lochranza is a great base for expolring Arran & the Kintyre Peninsula.
Look out for our residential public courses in Geology, Archaerology/History & Wildlife.
