About Kirktonhall Glen
Delightful footpaths weave their way through the trees and run alongside the Kilbride Burn, one of which can take you from the Glen right down to the beaches at Seamill. The Glen offers well organised tennis and football facilities alongside natural spaces, a swing park, a community orchard and a community wood. Two managed gardens may also be seen. The first depicts the Hunterston Brooch and the other is the Marsh Garden built with help from the experienced Beechgrove Gardeners.
Access is available from Orchard Street, Chapelton Mains Road, the King's Arms Car Park, the Catlinn Garden, and Meadowfoot Road.
